The Situation

A healthcare system needed to switch its events/ticketing ecommerce store over to leverage an industry-leading patient payment processing provider. This switch would enhance compliance, security, and procedure in accepting customer payments online. They also desired to extend the store’s reach to include virtual products other than events.
The Solution
Integrating with a custom-built plugin.
We created and introduced a custom plugin into the ecommerce store that integrated the new payment processor, handling any specific nuances of the processor’s requirements and procedures. Data and response handling were improved to provide further data filtering opportunities through both admin portals. Additional enhancements were made to support a very specific virtual product and its related data.
